Not Down-Under slang for present, but you could think of it that way. All the way from neighboring Hungary, the team at Prezi consider their app to be the Death of Powerpoint, and I for one tend to agree. The motivator behind the conceptualization of Prezi is to use digital technology to break the mold. Presently, we are largely just finding new ways to repeat the same old actions. Why do Powerpoint slides mimic the slide projector format? Why can't the canvases of communication be a little more dynamic?
