This may come as a shock to some of you - it's not the internet that is to be blamed, but a history of inadequate instruction in research and information fluency. The advent of Google and Wikipedia may in fact be a blessing in disguise as we are now forced to ramp-up our students' abilities to digest information and find their own voice.
